About us
Tonya has always been intuitively blessed with a multitude of skills and has been able to gain a broad array of employment opportunities as a young adult in Ohio. She worked two jobs while completing her Bachelorette Degree in Behavioral Science as a single mom here in California. As a single parent for over 10 years, Tonya has always demonstrated a strong work ethic and the ability to teach, motivate, facilitate, and manage teams as a Business Consultant for a Multi-million dollar international company.
She has been a community advocate for over 20 years, working for local non-profits assisting persons with different abilities and women experiencing homelessness to build confidence, while getting their lives back on track to again re-enter the workforce through her inspiring life skills coaching and training programs.
She openly shares her personal stories of perseverance and strives to serve as a role model for
all whose lives she touches.
Tonya is an Event Organizer, Speaker, Facilitator, and Author in the compilation book: “Stand Up, Be Heard”, Vol. II. She has recently spoken at The Women of Influence Conference at Tech Code – Mountain View, CA, and Seattle, WA. She was presented the Independent Service Provider of the Year Award by the California Department of Rehabilitation five years in a row. Tonya facilitates Business Development training for Women Entrepreneurs at the It’s My Time to Rise Business Institute and is a member of the Event Planners Association.
She encourages, motivates, and helps the women she serves to change their hobby into a Profitable Thriving
